I hope that you week is starting off right! I am looking forward to getting home late Thursday.
But since I was here over the weekend I had the opportunity to visit the Heart's Desire in Wichita.
The shop was huge, the staff welcoming and gave me plenty of time to walk around undisturbed.
Of course I came home with a couple of things.
If you find yourself in Wichita, make sure you get to this shop!
This is the fabulous theater across the street from the shop. What a great building.
Well it is Monday, and I have to go to the salt mines..... More about that later, salt mines that is!

Oh I think I would pass out with excitement if I visited a store like that! :0) What an amazing Halloween themed wall. I must find out what the design is with the grandfather style clock. :0)
Oh awesome! And that building across the street is so very cool.
It's lovely to be able to visit a real bricks and mortar stitching shop these days. Amazing building.
Thanks for sharing the shop with us! I'll add that to my "must see" list if I ever get out that way. Love that building across the street! Can't wait to hear about the mines. Have a good week!

I am so thrilled you were able to make it to Heart's Desire. They have been my benchmark for all needlework shops. The ladies are so sweet and knowledgable. Nice stash enhancements. ;)
Oh that looks like a fabulous shop Chris. I am glad you were able to enjoy a little down time.

Wow what a great shop. I love your needlework shops over there, full of wonderful displays.
What a super store. I love wandering around looking at all the stitched models.
Oh my, Chris, what a wonderful store you could visit in Witchita. Just looking around and seeing all the stitched and framed pieces on the walls would be fantastic. BUt of course all this is an invitation to buy something. And that's what I would be doing as well.
Great store. I'll probably not be in Kansas anytime soon, but will keep this on my list. That is a fabulous theater.
