A Do Over Please!

Hello Friends!
I am done, it has been one of those weeks. It started off with the purchase of a new refridgerator. The other one was 15 years old,  still a little young I think.
Then I had the crud again. 2 more shots  in my hips and more antibiotics, yuck.

It has been a beautiful weekend in NC. I worked Friday night and Saturday. I also have been going through things to get rid of
and donate. I will be creating a for sale page on my blog where I may list a few sampler and stitching items.
This morning Rich and I got up early and went out for a hike. We went to our normal trail that we hike in and out on bit decided to take another loop trail to make the hike a little different.
Different wild flowers are blooming and the trees are much more leafed out then a couple of weeks ago.
Some different landmarks on the trail.
The water sounded lovely.
This is a pit where they mined for gold. It was a lovely hike. We were almost done when I tripped and fell. Ugh! I broke my cool new glasses. Fortunately that was broken. I do have a huge lump under my left eye.
Ouch!
And this is a huge lump on my left thigh that is going to be stunning in a couple of days. There are a few more bruises but these are the ones that are hurting. Ugh!

So can I have that do over?
Let's hope for a better week!
Stitch some for me.

Chris

Well, you've had enough bad things and crap happen in one week so you should be good for two months or more. So sorry that you had a bad fall and I hope your bruises feel better soon. Great scenery but probably not from the ground!

You've had it rough - I can't believe the crud came back! The bruises look like they hurt. I hope you're not too sore tomorrow.

What a bummer week indeed. You poor thing. :( I will tell you something though. When our refrigerator died after seven -- yes 7 -- years, the repair man told me that these days, they purposely make appliances that last only about 7 or 8 years at most. So you were lucky with 15 years. I was shocked when he told me that.

Hope your coming week is much much better.

Ouchie , hope you get better soon. If you can get hold of some arnica cream , it will help to bring the bruises out and stop hurting so much xxx

Good grief, your as bad as me. If anyone is going to fall it will be me. Last time it was into a whole lot of gorse and broom bushes..so many prickles! Had to have a tetanus jab lol. If you ask me the best thing you can do is sit down in a nice comfy chair with a drink of choice and just be craft: in the name of recovery you understand lol. Get better soon, and love the hiking pictures. Nature at its best x

Ugh--some weeks are just like that, Chris! We had to replace our refrigerator this fall that was only 17 years old and the guy at the store told us that the new ones will last even a shorter time due to all the electronics :(

Your hike looks great--until you feel, that is! Hope your bruises heal quickly and I'm so glad nothing else broke other than your glasses.
