Down The Road

Thank you for all your kind comments on Penny America. I really enjoyed stitching it and it is so nice to have a finish since they have been scarce this year.

Since I am traveling, Margaret Randolph is with me. I worked on this basket last night.

This is why we are in Wilmington, NC.

Tonight we are having dinner on the deck of the North Carolina.

Wilmington is a lovely old city. We are staying here on the river and our view from the hotel room is of the battleship and the river.

We checked in last night with other miniacs. Today they are doing a drive out to the beach and lunch but Rich and I are going to go on our own way. Should we go to the beach? Do some historic sightseeing?
We can walk all around downtown from where we are staying.

I loved the sign of this store and I think Beau and Binx would approve.

Mmm... Samoas and chai cupcakes.
Well thanks for traveling along with me. Off for some more adventures.

Have a wonderful Saturday my friends.

I can't keep up with you! But if Beau and Binx had a blog, I could probably keep up with them. Not familiar with this sampler so I will Google.

Lucky you!! Wilmington is a lovely old city and I know we will go back for visits. I thought I recognized the photo of the North Carolina on you Facebook post. What did they sell in the Black Cat Shoppe? Margaret Randolph is beautiful!
