Stress is....

Not good for my stitching. I have only made a little progress on this guy.

Stress is not good for my diet. I need to get back to a normal schedule. I need to go to exercise class the same days every week.
What stress? They installed the new Rx system at work and it went live Thursday. Just in time for patients to be getting anxious about this...

Not only do the bread and milk sections of the grocery store get wiped out but pharmacies get really busy because people want to make sure that they have everything they need incase they are snowed or iced in for a week.
My 45 minute commute on Friday was stressful because of this too.
Then there was has been the squirrel problem. Someone has been trying to build a cosy nest under the hood of Rich's truck. When squirrels get in your vehicle they chew lots of stuff up. Yikes.
So, I am looking forward to this week being smooth and clear. Hopefully it will live up to my expectations.
Thanks for all your kind comments and visiting my blog.

Any stitching is good, but I hope the stress goes away and that you're stitching up a storm soon. Yikes on the squirrels!

I would think the screaming jack o' to be a great stress relief Lol. The white was predicted here, but not a flake in sight. Hope the new system goes without a hitch, and that the week will be flawless.

Praying your stress is all behind you my friend! Many years ago we had not a squirrel but a mouse who kept making a nest under the hood of our car even though we drove the thing 100 miles round trip to work every day. Best of luck with your squirrel problem.

Sorry for the stressful times Chris. You need to google the squirrel thing. There are solutions out there.

Sorry about the stress. Yeah the weather cleared our store shelves out too. As my son observed, who do people make French Toast when it snows? I asked about that and he said they clear out the eggs, milk and bread - French toast. Been there with the squirrels, fortunately they only left their food on the engine and didn't chew anything.

Goodness! Send lots of positivity your way for a smooth uneventful week :)

If it makes you feel any better last we had 2 feet of snow fall in one day....

It really annoys me how mental people go over a bit of snow, I mean come on, is there REALLY any need for 20 pints of milk and 6 loaves of bread?! Its the same at Christmas when the supermarket is shut for 1/2 days, it bugs me then as well! *Rant Over* Lol!

I hope this week is better for you :)

Hoping work gets better and stress is reduced. Our nests are from mice and we use moth cakes to rid them. Kept them out of the mower engines too with moth balls. My sister's mouse ended up in her blower vents!

Your pumpkin is so cute - despite your stress you have stitched more than me this week! Lol.

Stress is good for nothing. Here's hoping this week is less stressful. Drat those squirrels - they can be quite destructive. Pumpkin is looking quite cute.

So sorry your year is starting out with so much stress, Chris! Never heard of squirrels getting into cars like that--we had them running through the walls and attics of my childhood home, though. Very annoying and destructive!

Hope your stitching can help soothe your nerves...

I hope your week gets better. My boss had a rat make a nest in his car and the results were not good. He had to spend a lot of money to get it fixed. I hope the squirrel(s) stay away!
I hope your stitches de-stresses you! Hugs.

I've just been catching up with your recent posts Chris. I blame the month of January for a lot of stress. It's such a dark long month and spring isn't close enough to be able to look forward. I love the two books you shared in your last post.

Thank you Chris for dropping into my blog and leaving a comment, it's always nice to have new visitors who say hello.

I hope this week is stress free for you. My hubby has recently rewired a vehicle that the mice had nested in the seats....yeuck!

Hope the stress and snow has leveled off Chris! I know what you mean. I am trying to find my routine again but there's still so much to do! Hope those squirrels left the car alone!
