Hello Dear Friends.
Thanks for all your kind comments and squirrel/rodent versus car stories. You cheered me up throughout this past week.
I saw these amazing colors on my way to work Friday before the ice storm moved in.
I did a small bit of Bristol stitching. Unfortunately I had to rip out part of one of the round motifs since I was off a thread.
Here are the boys being still for once.
Today was spent hiking and then cooking for the upcoming week. Dinner tonight is stuffed pepper soup from The Country Cook. It has become a favorite of ours.
I am still wrestling with decisions about my job. This is going to be going on for awhile. Thanks for listening :)
Check back bright and early tomorrow for a post about my 200th follower giveaway!.
Peace.
Chris

Big hugs xx
Your Bristol sampler is looking good, I hope the frogs leave you alone.
Cute photo of the cats!
Hope your week is better
Oh, the boys look so cozy in their little round beds--sure wish I could stay in bed today as we are getting an ice storm right now!!
What a gorgeous sky you saw on Friday and Bristol is beautiful, too, Chris--do hope the frog is done with his visit :)
Take care now and best of luck with those job decisions...
I've been seeing some pretty sunrises on the way to work, too.
Do you have trouble with red frog poop left over after ripping?
I agree with Carol ... the boys look so cozy in their round little beds. I bought a bed like that for Sophie once. She didn't like it for some reason. My cat prefers to sleep on a cardboard box! Go figure : ) Gorgeous sunrise! So sorry about the frogging but your WIP is coming along quite gorgeously : ) Have a great week!
What great beds your cats have! Very nice! Sorry you had to do some ripping out on your Bristol Orphanage sampler. Good luck about your job -- sorry things are so stressful for you right now.
So sorry the frog came, did the red thread bleed after ripping?
The cats sure look very comfortable in their beds!
Hugs and take care!
Oh the boys look so cute there together. What a beautiful sky. You are drinking my favorite, chai!
It sure has been cold!!!!
Your sampler looks pretty
Have you heard the saying, Red sky at dawning, Sailor take warning?
The red of your sampler is very nice! Those guys look like they're toasty in their space!
So cosy your boys look, Great stitching love that colour.
Hope you have a great week hugs.
Cozy kitties! Wish I was still all snuggled in!
Best wishes with the job decisions ~ they are never easy.
Beautiful sunset and stitching. Good luck with the job. CJ in Ok
Your stitching is awesome. I still can't believe the small count you are working on. Binx and Beau look so sweet.
What a beautiful sky and I love your two boys - they look so content.
How nice your cats actually use their cozy beds. Ours don't. Beautiful beautiful sunrise. Lovely stitching. Hope you have a great and wonderful week. love Annette
That sky was just beautiful! Did you ever the saying "Red at night , sailors delight,Red in the morning, sailors take warning" My Dad loved sailing and he used to tell us that saying. I do love that red sampler! Sorry about the frogging! Cats are so cute!
Beaytiful sky photo. Your bristol stitching is lovely. I'm not sure my eyes would be able to do that. Oh to be a cat and curl up in a little round bed!

Well, at least Sunday was peaceful! Sounds like a great time of stitching, cooking and having well-behaved boys in their baskets!
Hope you have a great week ahead...
Love your Bristol stitching! Sorry about the frogging. I'm doing the four sided alphabet on mine now and hello tedium! Oy vey. I'm trying to power through it. The boys are adorable!
That photo of the sunrise is beautiful - amazing colors. We bought our cats one of those beds, they sleep leaning against it but won't actually get in. Cats!
Love your photo of the sky!
Ahhh, a fellow Chai drinker! I do love my Chai and recently purchased a milk frother so I can try making Chai Lattes. Mmmmm!
