2011 BBD Loose Feathers Is Done

There is a happy dance going on here at Tot Hill.

I was able to sit down and finish this one. Sorry for the poor picture. It is late and past my bedtime :). I will have it framed. I am very happy with it.
I cannot believe it is the first of March. When I got in my car to leave work today the temperature read 83 degrees. I think it is going to be a long hot summer.
Since it is the first of March I can show you a pic oft next ornament for the Christmas All Year Long SAL. This month it is Stitcher's choice so I have chosen another of those kits I have.

This is the Designs by Cathy Jean ornie from the 2007 JCS ornament issue. It is the little ornament on the left with the buttons. I will start it this weekend.
I got the new issue of The Gift of Stitching today too. It really has some nice pieces in it.

Bedtime now for me, both jobs tomorrow.
Sweet dreams.

Chris, what a fantastic finish! I keep looking at my three charts and then I tell myself "nah" - I am a bit overwhelmed by the many, many stitches that go into this beauty! Luckily there are stitchers out there who are not as lazy as I am... LOL
Great job, so pretty and the stitching is perfect! Can't wait to see how it looks when it is "finished finished"!

83 degrees at the beginning of March??? Oh my goodness. Here in the UK we were getting very excited that the temps had hit 60! lol

85 degrees already??? I can't imagine. It is only 37 here this morning so spring seems like a long way away... I heard it is going to be a hot summer with more bugs and more allergy problems :(

Love your Loose Feathers finish! The girls in my stitching group have all be talking about stitching these designs. Not sure why we didn't notice when the first chart appeared, but we've seen the finished piece and fell in love with it too.
