2014 Stitching, Or Lack Thereof......

Dear Friends,
My stitching year started off ok but then with my job change it came to a screeching halt and I would go for weeks without picking up a needle. For 2015 I need to change that.  So without further ado....

Marietta Stebbins-Kit by Joanne Harvey
The Victoria Sampler-Designs by Cathy Jean
2014 JCS Ornament Issue

So there it is. All of the projects except the ornaments were in my already started pile at the start of 2014. So I hope to continue that tradition with finishing some of the items that are carrying over to 2015.

I am hoping in 2015 that I will manage my time better during my travels so that I can keep up with my stitching, blogging, exercise, friends and housework.

Thank you for visiting and the kind comments. I have missed by blog buddies and I am sorry that I have not been able to keep up with my blog reading an commenting. I am hoping to change that in 2015! You always inspire me.

Happy stitching in 2015!

Great projects, thoses shoudl keep you motivated i 2015.

I think everyone goes through times like this. Managing a house+work+family is hard and then to try and put in stitching and blogging time.... Wishing you a very Happy New Year filled with TIME and finishes :)

I'm sure all that traveling can be very wearing, Chris, and at the end of the day you just want to flop on your hotel bed and zone out to the TV... I love the projects you've done this year, especially that Summer Tribute. The colors in it are so soothing...

Happy New Year to you and Rich! Hope 2015 brings more stitching / blogging time :) We've missed you, too!

Happy New Year! Here's hoping you can get more stitching in in 2015. I only got 12 ornaments stitched and finished 1 big one so I don't feel very accomplished this year either... Oh well there's always next year!

All that traveling really sucks the life out of you and I think you should be proud of what you accomplished this year, stitching wise, even if it isn't as much as you would have liked. It looks like you have a good plan for the start of 2015 and if you can manage to get all of that done, you can hold your head high next year too! Happy new year and merry stitching to you! Laura

You had some beautiful finishes. I always have to remind myself that I am not in a race with anyone and that stitching is supposed to be my relaxer. Hope your 2015 is happy and healthy.

Good luck with all the lovely projects that you carried over to 2015.
