Tribute to Summer Sampler by Stacy Nash Designs Finish

Good Morning!
I stayed up late last night to put the final stitches in on this lovely piece.

I put the date on it because I want 2014 to be a great stitching year.

Here are some details of the piece.

The directions on this design were to use one strand of floss on all the stitching except the light off white colors. I used 2 strands throughout. The recommended floss was used but I am not sure what the linen was.

I can't wait to have her framed.
Thanks for all the kind comments on my progress on this piece.

Chris

Beautiful piece! I have this in my ever growing stash and want to stitch it in memory of my grandmother.

Soft but striking at the same time. This will be stunning when framed. I'm the same - one strand doesn't always look best.
