One of my friends that I deal with on a weekly basis at work brought me this...
I am trying to stay on the diet so she brought me these bars which are great for in the afternoon before I go to a Zumba class. Thank you Jen!
This little guy nearly ended up on the bottom of my shoe. Fortunately I saw him and the carnage was averted.
This was a wonderful sunset that I snapped on my birthday.
Rich has been busy with leaves. On Thursday it seemed like someone was just shaking the trees so many leaves were coming down.
Last but not least, here is Beau. Does he look relaxed or what?

Beautiful sunset Chris, it's the same over here with leaves this year - I've never seen such an overwhelming amount. Autumn has been particularly beautiful here in Scotland. Beau most defiinitely gave me the smile of the day, cats are so good at taking relaxation to a new level.
