How is your week going? I have not gotten any stitching done yet. Hopefully I will spend some time with Margaret Rudolph tonight.
Thanks for all your lovely comments about my Stacy Nash stitching and the anniversary wishes.
Yesterday Rich and I headed out very early in the morning to Charlotte to head to Arizona. Thursday and Friday night I had reservations for Rich and I to stay up at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Oh well, so much for the best of plans. Rich and I will have to come back another time.
So here we are in beautiful Prescott. This is courthouse square.
This statue is a tribute to the rough riders.
Looking towards downtown.
What a great statue. This is the Elk Theater.
This area if the country is just gorgeous. It is so different from the east coast. We are going to have a great time exploring.
Happy Friday! Have a great weekend!

Happy Anniversary to you and Rich! What happened with the Grand Canyon Chris?!
Doh! Sorry Chris. Too early in the morning for me to put 2 and 2 together about the government shutting the park down. @~@
Happy anniversary dear...
Beautiful place.
Enjoy x
I hope you have a great time despite not getting to go to the Grand Canyon. What a bummer. You should go to the Attic! Have fun!
Once again, Happy Anniversary! I too am wondering what happened to the Grand Canyon?
Glad you are still having a fun time! Happy Anniversary!
Happy Anniversary: I hope your days are filled with loads of fun and lots of sweet times together.

How frustrating. My poor DIL is out of work thanks to the government! You guys are so smart to not let it spoil your wonderful trip! Can't wait to see where you go next.

Sounds like you enjoyed your visit to my hometown of Prescott! We like it too!
It's a shame your trip to the Grand Canyon had to be put aside for now. The shutdown is certainly hurting a lot of people. We are travelling to the U.S. to attend a wedding in the near future and are not looking forward to the lineup at the border crossing. Hopefully things can be resolved quickly.
Your trip to Prescott looks so interesting. I love the elk on the theatre rooftop!
