I hope that everyone is having a good weekend and if you have to work tomorrow I hope that everyone that you deal with will be kind and considerate.
Not much has been happening here. We are still dealing with high temps. On Saturday my Mom and I took a ride to Trader Joe's to stock up. When I got home I caught up on some of my cooking.
Today Rich and I went for a short hike. The humidity was very high so we didn't stay out too long.
I have done a little stitching.
This is my September ornament start. It is DebBee's Designs from the 2007 JCS ornament issue. This month is stitcher's choice so I had this kitted in my stash. This is one I probably never would have picked to stitch but now that I am stitching it I think it is really pretty.
It is now September, you all know what that means right? Stalking the newsstand waiting for this years ornament issue. Yahoo!
I am going to leave you with a pic of Beau. He lies on top of the sofa or on the chair backs with his back legs hanging off either side.
Silly cat.

I like that ornament -it looks like it will be quite elegant. As for cats, they seem to find comfort in the oddest places -and Beau is a handsome guy!
