The weekend here was not very exciting. I worked Friday night. Then Saturday morning I got a call that someone was out sick so I went in from 11:30 to 4 and I worked yesterday. Yesterday was bad too, we were short a person so it was tough. You just can't cover everything when you are short a person. Oh well, it could have been worse. The customers were good.
I added a couple more if these kits to my stash to use as travel projects. I don't have a lot of patriotic stitching.
I also made a little progress on my March ornament.
I also wanted to thank everyone for the kind words on my BBD finish.
Well off to start another work week. I am looking forward to next weekend. Rich's birthday is next week so we usually do something special for the weekend.
I hope Monday is kind to everyone!

I hate unexpected things like having to work when you're not expecting to. Ugh. Sounds like it was busy too. Nice new stash though, and cute progress on the ornie. Hope your week is a good one.

I love your March ornie - I stitched this one for myself last year on 40ct. The small count fabric drove me mad, but it's stunning when it's finished.
So sorry you spent your weekend working. We were short 2 people today & that makes it tough. Your new ornie start looks great.

Nice customers make such a difference in a work day, don't they, Chris? 99% of our library patrons are great, but then there is that 1% that just seem to be unhappy with life in general and take it out on you!
